Our Store Policies

At Wispy Willows Nursery, we're dedicated to providing our community with a diverse selection of healthy indoor and outdoor plants. Please note that we do not accept returns after 7 days of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our plants and will replace any declining plant within this timeframe, or provide store credit for future purchases. Special or custom orders are final sale and ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

While we take great care to nurture each plant before it leaves our nursery, we cannot guarantee its health and survival once it's in your care. It's important for every gardener to attentively monitor their plants' needs and address any issues that arise. We supply each plant with proper care instructions and planting advice to help it thrive in its new environment. However, once a plant leaves our grounds, we cannot take responsibility for its health and lifespan.
