What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns beyond this period.

  • We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for plants that have been neglected. It is crucial to follow proper care instructions to ensure the health of your plants.

  • Replacement Policy: If your plant is showing signs of decline despite proper care, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue store credit.

  • Special/Custom Orders: Please note that all sales of special or custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, We will be offering gift cards soon!

Is shipping available?

No. Shipping is not available. We do have pick-ups for everyday 9-4 and delivery to select service areas on Sundays.
